The Los Angeles County Bar Association's International Law Section, in collaboration with the Democracy Center, is proud to present International Movie Night, featuring award-winning films that examine freedom, democracy, and rule of law in other countries.
Film Description
Winner of the 2026 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature, Mr. Nobody Against Putin (90 min.) chronicles the transformation of a small town school in Russia after Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
1:30 pm - Doors Open

3:30 pm - Film Ends / Q&A begins with Prof. Igor Logvinenko, followed by reception
