1. Eligibility
The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Member Surveys Opportunity Drawing (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are residents of California. Employees of LACBA, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Further, only current and former (between 2023 through 2025) LACBA members will be considered for a chance to win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor is LACBA, 444 South Flower Street, Suite 2500, Los Angeles, CA 90071.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and LACBA's decisions by participating in the Promotion. Entrants release LACBA from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
4. Timing
The Promotion runs from January 29, 2026, to February 17, 2026, at 11:45 p.m.
5. How to Enter
Fill out a simple online form on LACBA's website. Automated entries are prohibited.
6. Winner Selection
Winners are chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries, with odds depending on the number of entries received.
7. Prizes
The prize will be one (1) Amazon Gift Card, with an Approximate Retail Value of $500. LACBA determines prize specifics and may not offer cash substitutions.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes on their prize. Prizes over $600 are taxable.
9. Publicity
LACBA may use winners' names and likenesses for advertising unless prohibited by law. California law may affect publicity releases.
10. Disputes
California law governs all disputes related to the Promotion and these rules.
