LACBA, the Mayor's Fund for Los Angeles, Eviction Defense Network, and the Los Angeles Superior Court have joined together for a six-month pilot program focused on reducing evictions across L.A. County.

These volunteer attorneys should have already completed training from the Court to serve as a temporary judge as well as training related to unlawful detainers. Attorneys wishing to participate in the program can volunteer now and be assigned cases once the required training has been completed.

For more information and to volunteer, email LACBA Executive Director & CEO Stan Bissey at ED@LACBA.org.
