PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Join us to this webinar where presenters will give an overview of the new legislation and caselaw in the area of Trust and Estates.
The speakers will cover 2025 legislation and cases that affect Trust, Probate, Estate, and Conservatorship law.   There will be a special emphasis on litigation, probate, conservatorships, and estate planning issues, and the speakers will discuss numerous changes in the law.  This presentation will answer many issues and raise issues, of which Trust and Estates practitioners should be aware.
