As the State Bar moves to a regulatory model, in addition to certification of compliance with the ethical rules surrounding the handling of entrusted funds, the agency has commenced random audits of attorney trust accounts. Learn what you need to do to withstand the compliance reviews from the State Bar and ensure you are following the requirements for the safekeeping of third-party funds.
