PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program will feature a discussion on the human rights challenges faced by global corporations and the responsibility of businesses to operate ethically and sustainably. Drawing on experience in government, academia, and corporate engagement, the session will explore how large companies can meaningfully address human rights issues embedded in global supply chains and business operations. Topics will include the evolving expectations of corporate accountability, sustainable practices that prioritize human rights, and practical proposals for reform to strengthen ethical business conduct worldwide.
