Program Description:
This panel explores the intersection of receiverships and family law, including the basics of what a receiver is and what they do, how they can be of use in family law proceedings, and the mechanics of their appointment.  Practice pointers will be provided on when it may be best to use a receiver, the common types of assets/businesses that receivers administer, and how receivers can provide insights into those businesses/assets.
