Program Description:
This virtual training will cover the following topics: recent developments in fee arbitration, writing enforceable awards, statute of limitations, effect of conflicts of interest, arbitrator disclosure requirements and controlling the proceeding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Attendees of this training session will receive a full reimbursement of registration fees upon the completion of one arbitration, within 24 months, for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Services.
