Program Description:
An industrial developer’s practical guide to navigating jurisdictions in the greater Los Angeles Area. This panel will provide an update on industrial use, development, and operational restrictions that have been established or are being considered in communities throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. As case studies, panelists will focus on several recent examples, including the County of Los Angeles' Green Zone, the Metro Area Plan, the pending Climate Action Plan, and the City of Pomona's ongoing zoning code update.
