Program Description:
The webinar "Paving the Way for Smooth Transactions: Defining Broker and Attorney Roles in a Commercial Transaction" explores the dynamic relationship between brokers and attorneys in commercial property deals. Michelle Omidi & Meigan Everett, who are both real estate brokers and attorneys host the discussion with fellow broker/attorney Allan Lowy and broker Brandon Cohan, who share insights into their roles. The webinar sheds light on how brokers and attorneys work together to navigate complexities and ensure successful commercial real estate transactions. Highlights include the challenges of dual agency, staying informed about market trends, legal considerations during contracting and due diligence, and negotiating agreements throughout property acquisitions, development and lease up. This program is open to attorneys and real estate brokers and agents.
