A mass tort bankruptcy update and focus on the decisions in LTL, Boy Scouts and others, as well as anything else that might come along in the next 3 weeks.  A contrast between in LTL with the Texas two-step cases that are pending in North Carolina and how varying interpretations of “good faith” are impacting the mass tort/non-Debtor release world.
